Met Bill in 64 at Travis afb in California working on c-133 aircraft and was immediately drawn to him because we had the same interests, women, beer, cars, motorcycles and go carts. Then stationed on Guam in 66 for 2 years working on c-130 weather recon aircraft until being discharged. Between Travis and Guam so many stories, impossible to cover them all here. Our relationship continued after the service, meeting Linda and eventually their children. Although Bill and I were never roommates, I felt closer to him than anyone else we were stationed with. Our phone conversations were usually an hour plus long reminiscing the fun we had and only covering a small portion of the things we did. Really miss hearing Bills laughter at some of the stupid and yes stupid situations we put ourselves in. Good times....
